Broken Arrow Tigers (Broken Arrow, OK) fans went home satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their softball squad tip the visiting Mustang Broncos (Mustang, OK), 9-8 in a non-league battle.
The Tigers (7-1) will now prepare for their battle against Yukon (Yukon, OK). The Millers go into the non-league battle with a 9-1 record. In their last battle, Yukon nudged Jones (Jones, OK), 6-2, in a non-league battle.
The Broncos now sport a 5-5 record. They play next when they host Bixby for a non-league battle on Monday, August 14. Mustang will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Berryhill (Tulsa, OK). The Spartans record now stands at 5-5.
