The Okmulgee Bulldogs the host Gore Pirates softball squad by a count of 7-3 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Bulldogs (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Henryetta (Henryetta, OK). The Knights go into the non-league battle with a 7-5 record. In their last battle, Henryetta was routed by Sapulpa (Sapulpa, OK), 6-5, in a non-league battle.

The Pirates now sport a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Roland for a non-league battle on Monday, August 14. Gore will meet a Rangers squad coming off a 12-0 non-league loss to Eufaula (Eufaula, OK). The Rangers record now stands at 0-1.
