The Bulldogs now possess a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tom Bean for a non-league game on Tuesday, August 15. Howe will meet a Tomcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Savoy (Savoy, TX). The Tomcats record now stands at 3-4.

The Bears (2-6) will now prepare for their game against Clarksville (Clarksville, TX). The Tigers enter the non-league game with a 0-6 record. In their last game, Clarksville was dropped by CHAAMP HomeSchool (Mt. Pleasant, TX), 3-0, in a non-league game.
