The Midwest City Bombers prevailed the visiting Eisenhower Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Bombers now have a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Putnam City West for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 15. Midwest City will confront a Patriots team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Eisenhower (Lawton, OK). The Patriots record now stands at 1-4.
The Eagles (0-5) will now prepare for their test against Elgin (Elgin, OK). The Owls enter the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Elgin gained a win over Shawnee (Shawnee, OK), 3-0, in a non-league test.
