Texas High School Volleyball - West Rusk can't hold off Kilgore

The West Rusk Raiders volleyball team (New London, TX), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Kilgore Bulldogs (Kilgore, TX)

The Bulldogs (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against New Diana (Diana, TX). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, New Diana was edged by Brownsboro (Brownsboro, TX), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Raiders encounter the Overton Mustangs (Overton, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 15. West Rusk will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Christian Heritage (Longview, TX).
