Texas High School Volleyball - Tompkins edged by Langham Creek

The Langham Creek Lobos held off the visiting Tompkins Falcons volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Lobos now have a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cypress Woods for a 6A Region II District 16 test on Saturday, August 12. Langham Creek will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Bellville (Bellville, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-3.

The Falcons (6-4) will now prepare for their test against Bellville (Bellville, TX). The Brahmas enter the non-league test with a 5-4 record. In their last test, Bellville was nudged by Cypress Woods (Cypress, TX), 2-1, in a non-league test.
