The Weatherford Kangaroos topped the visiting Lubbock-Cooper Pirates volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Kangaroos now have a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Argyle for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 15. Weatherford will confront a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Liberty (Frisco, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 7-2.
The Pirates (5-4) will now prepare for their test against Randall (Amarillo, TX). The Raiders enter the non-league test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, Randall gained a win over Keller Central (Keller, TX), 2-0, in a non-league test.
