The Midland Bulldogs held off the host Wall Hawks volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Bulldogs now have a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Frenship for a non-league test on Saturday, August 12. Midland will confront a Tigers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Monterey (Lubbock, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 4-1.

The Hawks (6-1) will now prepare for their test against Cooper (Abilene, TX). The Cougars enter the non-league test with a 3-4 record.
