Texas High School Volleyball - Wakeland can't hold off Prestonwood Christian

The Wakeland Wolverines volleyball team (Frisco, TX), was edged 3-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Prestonwood Christian Lions (Plano, TX)

The Lions (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Boyd (McKinney, TX). The Broncos come into the non-league challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Boyd nudged Highland Park (Dallas, TX), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Wolverines encounter the Southlake Carroll Dragons (Southlake, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 12. Wakeland will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Dragons come into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Wylie (Abilene, TX).
