North Carolina High School Volleyball - Northside - Jacksonville New Hanover

The Northside - Jacksonville Monarchs volleyball squad (Jacksonville, NC), was defeated 2-0 in Monday's non-league battle with the host New Hanover Wildcats (Wilmington, NC)

With the win, New Hanover improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Wildcats travel to New Bern (New Bern, NC) to encounter the Bears in a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 13. The Bears go into the battle with a record of 1-0. New Bern won 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against West Craven (Vanceboro, NC)

The Monarchs now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to White Oak for a non-league battle on Wednesday, August 14. Northside - Jacksonville will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Havelock (Havelock, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 1-0.
