Burroughs Burros (Ridgecrest, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Knight Hawks (Palmdale, CA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Burros (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Oak Hills (Hesperia, CA). The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 2-0 record.

Next, the Hawks play the Canyon Cowboys (Canyon Country, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 19. Knight will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
