The Costa Mesa Mustangs topped the host Bolsa Grande Matadors volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Mustangs face the El Toro Chargers (Lake Forest, CA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, August 14. Costa Mesa will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record.
The Matadors (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Oxford Academy (Cypress, CA). The Patriots go into the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Oxford Academy beat Western (Anaheim, CA), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
