Georgia High School Volleyball - Lumpkin County over Rabun County

Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Lumpkin County Indians (Dahlonega, GA) and the host Rabun County Wildcats (Tiger, GA), observed Lumpkin County's volleyball team top Rabun County by a count of 2-0.

The Indians (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Union County (Blairsville, GA). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Union County was defeated by Banks County (Homer, GA), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

The Wildcats now own a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Union County for a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 12. Rabun County will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Banks County (Homer, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-1.
