The Samueli Academy Firewolves volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting NOVA Academy Eagles to 0 in the Firewolves non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Firewolves now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Firebaugh for a non-league outing on Thursday, August 14. Samueli Academy will play a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Cabrillo (Long Beach, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, NOVA Academy drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Ambassador (Torrance, CA) to confront the Lions in a non-league game on Thursday, August 28. The Lions enter the game with a record of 0-0.
