The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Fishers Tigers (Fishers, IN) and the host Carmel Greyhounds (Carmel, IN), saw Fishers's volleyball squad nip Carmel by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Fishers upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Tigers host Lawrence Central (Indianapolis, IN) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 16. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

The Greyhounds now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Tri-West Hendricks for a bout on Thursday, September 8.
