Texas High School Volleyball - Sabine Pass can't hold off Brazosport Christian

In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Brazosport Christian Eagles volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Sabine Pass Sharks.

The Eagles (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against O'Connell (Galveston, TX). The Buccaneers come into the non-league match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, O'Connell was edged by Faith Christian (Pasadena, TX), 2-0, in a non-league match.

With the loss, Sabine Pass drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Sharks travel to Lighthouse HomeSchool (Port Arthur, TX) to battle the Lions in a non-league match on Tuesday, August 16. The Lions come into the match with a record of 0-1. Lighthouse HomeSchool lost 3-1 in their recent non-league match against West Hardin (Saratoga, TX)
