Texas High School Volleyball - Coppell edged by Midway

The Midway Panthers held off the host Coppell Cowboys volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Panthers now have a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Franklin for a non-league test on Saturday, August 13. Midway will confront a Cougars team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 7-1.

The Cowboys (6-3) will now prepare for their test against Boyd (McKinney, TX). The Broncos enter the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Boyd was nudged by Keller (Keller, TX), 3-1, in a non-league test.
