The Kings Mountain Mountaineers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting East Lincoln Mustangs to 0 in the Mountaineers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mountaineers now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Highland Tech for a non-league outing on Monday, August 19. Kings Mountain will play a Rams team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC). The Rams record now stands at 3-0.

With the loss, East Lincoln drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Crest (Shelby, NC) to play the Chargers in a non-league outing on Thursday, August 15. The Chargers come into the outing with a record of 0-0.
