The Cardinals (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Lincoln County (Stanford, KY). The Patriots enter the non-league battle with a 0-0 record. In their last battle, Lincoln County Anderson County (Lawrenceburg, KY), 1-1, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Cougars battle the Butler County Bears (Morgantown, KY) in a District 11 battle, on Thursday, August 15. Grayson County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Bears enter the battle with a 1-1 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Russellville (Russellville, KY).
