August 13, 2025: Jefferson, GA 30549 The Jefferson Dragons (Jefferson, GA) softball nipped the visiting Hart County Bulldogs (Hartwell, GA), 1-0 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
The Dragons now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Apalachee for a non-league outing on Thursday, August 14. Jefferson will encounter a Wildcats team coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to Hebron Christian (Dacula, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-3.
With the loss, Hart County moves to 3-3 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Washington-Wilkes (Washington, GA) to encounter the Tigers in a non-league outing on Thursday, August 14. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 0-5. Washington-Wilkes lost 6-3 in their recent non-league outing against Oglethorpe County (Lexington, GA)
