California High School Volleyball - Mater Dei Catholic bounced by University City

The Mater Dei Catholic Crusaders volleyball squad (Chula Vista, CA), dropped 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting University City Centurions (San Diego, CA)

With the win, University City improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Centurions travel to Westview (San Diego, CA) to encounter the Wolverines in a non-league battle on Friday, August 15. The Wolverines go into the battle with a record of 0-0.

The Crusaders now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Montgomery for a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 19. Mater Dei Catholic will encounter a Aztecs squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to High Tech Mesa (San Diego, CA). The Aztecs record now stands at 1-1.
