The Red Devils now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Daviess County for a District 9 game on Thursday, August 17. Owensboro will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Madisonville-North Hopkins (Madisonville, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 3-0.
The Tigers (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Hopkins County Central (Madisonville, KY). The Storm go into the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Hopkins County Central was overwhelmed by University Heights (Hopkinsville, KY), 7-1, in a non-league game.
