The Muldrow Bulldogs routed the visiting Keota Lions softball squad by a count of 9-3 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Bulldogs (8-7) will now prepare for their battle against Broken Bow (Broken Bow, OK). The Savages go into the 4A District 5 battle with a 6-0 record. In their last battle, Broken Bow nudged Fort Gibson (Fort Gibson, OK), 10-0, in a league battle.
The Lions now sport a 0-4 record. They play next when they host Dewar for a Class A battle on Tuesday, August 15. Keota will meet a Dragons squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Checotah (Checotah, OK). The Dragons record now stands at 5-0.
