California High School Flag Football - Cypress tops San Clemente

The Cypress Centurions flag football squad scored 20 points and limited the visiting San Clemente Tritons to 12 in the Centurions non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Centurions now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Gahr for a non-league test on Friday, August 15. Cypress will meet a Gladiators squad coming off a 54-0 non-league win over Cabrillo (Long Beach, CA). The Gladiators record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, San Clemente moves to 1-1 on the season. The Tritons host Laguna Hills (Laguna Hills, CA) to play the Hawks in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 19. The Hawks go into the challenge with a record of 1-1.
