In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Cox Mill Chargers volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Hopewell Titans.

The Chargers (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Cuthbertson (Waxhaw, NC). The Cavaliers go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record.

The Titans now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cuthbertson for a non-league test on Monday, August 18. Hopewell will face a Cavaliers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Rock Hill (Rock Hill, SC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 1-2.
