Upson-Lee Knights (Thomaston, GA) backers were pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Spalding Jaguars (Griffin, GA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Knights (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Lamar County (Barnesville, GA). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.

Next, the Jaguars meet the Fayette County Tigers (Fayetteville, GA) in a test, on Tuesday, September 9. Spalding will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
