Duncan Demons (Duncan, OK) backers left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad tip the visiting Edmond North Huskies (Edmond, OK), 7-3 in a non-league match.

The Demons (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Lawton (Lawton, OK). The Wolverines come into the non-league match with a 1-1 record.

In their next game, the Huskies play the Sequoyah Indians (Tahlequah, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 15. Edmond North will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Indians enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 16-4 non-league win over Salina (Salina, OK).
