Next up, the Bengals confront the University Trojans (Waco, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, August 14. Braswell will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Trojans come into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Bowie (Arlington, TX).

With the loss, Kennedale drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to North Crowley (Fort Worth, TX) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 19. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 3-1. North Crowley lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Walnut Grove (Prosper, TX)
