Texas High School Volleyball - Midlothian tips Canyon

August 14, 2025: Canyon, TX 79015

Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Midlothian Panthers (Midlothian, TX) and the host Canyon Eagles (Canyon, TX), observed Midlothian's volleyball team hold off Canyon by a count of 2-1.

The Panthers (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Mansfield Legacy (Mansfield, TX). The Broncos go into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Mansfield Legacy tipped South Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

The Eagles now own a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Timber Creek for a non-league battle on Friday, August 15. Canyon will battle a Falcons team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX). The Falcons record now stands at 1-1.
