The Central Davidson Spartans volleyball squad (Lexington, NC), dropped 3-0 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Carson Cougars (China Grove, NC)

With the win, Carson improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Cougars travel to McMichael (Mayodan, NC) to battle the Phoenix in a non-league contest on Friday, August 15. The Phoenix enter the contest with a record of 0-1. McMichael lost 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Cornerstone Charter (Greensboro, NC)

Next, the Spartans battle the East Davidson Golden Eagles (Thomasville, NC) in a non-league contest, on Monday, August 18. Central Davidson will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record.
