The Vikings (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Marlborough (Los Angeles, CA). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Marlborough edged Burbank (Burbank, CA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Spartans face the Whittier Cardinals (Whittier, CA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, August 19. Schurr will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Cardinals go into the test with a 2-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Tustin (Tustin, CA).
