In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Roosevelt Rough Riders volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Firebaugh Eagles.
The Rough Riders (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Corcoran (Corcoran, CA). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Corcoran went down by Hanford West (Hanford, CA), 3-1, in a non-league test.
The Eagles now sport a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Hoover for a non-league challenge on Thursday, August 21.
