In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Rancho Bernardo Broncos volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Helix Highlanders.
The Broncos (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Classical Academy (Escondido, CA). The Caimans enter the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.
The Highlanders now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to La Jolla for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 19.
