In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting North Forrest Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Lumberton Panthers.
The Eagles (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Forrest County Agricultural (Brooklyn, MS). The Aggies enter the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Forrest County Agricultural was defeated by East Marion (Columbia, MS), 3-1, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tylertown for a non-league test on Monday, August 18. Lumberton will face a Chiefs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to North Pike (Summit, MS). The Chiefs record now stands at 0-3.
