In Thursday's non-league match, the McLaurin Tigers (Florence, MS) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Richland Rangers (Richland, MS), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Tigers battle the Riverside Bulldogs (Avon, MS) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 16. McLaurin will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a 2-5 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Greenville (Greenville, MS).
