Texas High School Volleyball - Nixon Wimberley

The Nixon Mustangs volleyball team (Laredo, TX), was beaten 2-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Wimberley Texans (Wimberley, TX)

The Texans (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Gainesville (Gainesville, TX). The Leopards enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Gainesville was beaten by Whitesboro (Whitesboro, TX), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the La Grange Leopards (La Grange, TX) in a non-league test, on Friday, August 15. Nixon will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Leopards go into the test with a 2-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Round Rock Christian Academy (Round Rock, TX).
