The South Hills Scorpions volleyball squad (Fort Worth, TX), dropped 2-0 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Ponder Lions (Ponder, TX)

With the win, Ponder improves its record to 2-2 on the season. The Lions travel to Lake Worth (Lake Worth, TX) to encounter the Bullfrogs in a non-league battle on Thursday, August 14. The Bullfrogs go into the battle with a record of 0-1. Lake Worth lost 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Arlington Heights (Fort Worth, TX)

The Scorpions now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bridgeport for a non-league contest on Friday, August 15. South Hills will meet a Bulls team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Saginaw (Saginaw, TX). The Bulls record now stands at 1-3.
