In Monday's non-league contest, the North Oconee Titans (Bogart, GA) softball team overwhelmed the host Oconee County Warriors (Watkinsville, GA), by a margin of 13-3.

With the triumph, North Oconee moves its record to 3-3 on the year. The Titans travel to Cedar Shoals (Athens, GA) to play the Jaguars in a 4A Region 8 contest on Tuesday, August 16. The Jaguars come into the contest with a record of 0-5. Cedar Shoals lost 12-3 in their recent non-league contest against West Hall (Oakwood, GA)

In their next game, the Warriors play the Apalachee Wildcats (Winder, GA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, August 17. Oconee County will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Wildcats come into the contest with a 7-2 record after their 12-5 non-league win over Prince Avenue Christian (Athens, GA).
