Texas High School Volleyball - City View over Alvord

City View Mustangs (Wichita Falls, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Alvord Bulldogs (Alvord, TX), 3-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Mustangs battle the Dumas Demons (Dumas, TX) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 19. City View will attempt to advance on its 4-4 season record. The Demons come into the match with a 5-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Caprock (Amarillo, TX).

With the loss, Alvord drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Jacksboro (Jacksboro, TX) to battle the Tigers in a non-league match on Thursday, August 18. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 3-4. Jacksboro lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Millsap (Millsap, TX)
