The Middle Creek Mustangs topped the host Ashley Screaming Eagle volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Mustangs now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fuquay - Varina for a non-league test on Thursday, August 17. Middle Creek will confront a Bengals team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC). The Bengals record now stands at 1-0.

The Screaming Eagle (0-1) will now prepare for their test against D.H. Conley (Greenville, NC). The Vikings enter the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
