The Brantley County Herons topped the visiting Jenkins Warriors volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Herons now have a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Frederica Academy for a non-league test on Monday, August 21. Brantley County will confront a team coming off a 3-2 league loss to St. Andrew's (Savannah, GA). The record now stands at 1-3.
The Warriors (0-4) will now prepare for their test against Statesboro (Statesboro, GA). The Blue Devils enter the 5A Area 1 test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Statesboro was knocked off by South Effingham (Guyton, GA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
