The Franklin County Lions volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Johnson Knights to 1 in the Lions non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Lions now have a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Hall for a non-league game on Tuesday, August 15. Franklin County will meet a Vikings team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Commerce (Commerce, GA). The Vikings record now stands at 1-2.
The Knights (0-5) will now prepare for their game against Tallulah Falls (Tallulah Falls, GA). The Indians enter the non-league game with a 4-8 record. In their last game, Tallulah Falls was nudged by Rabun Gap-Nacoochee (Rabun Gap, GA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
