Texas High School Volleyball - Rio Hondo crushed by Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial

The Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial Wolverines topped the visiting Rio Hondo Bobcats volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Wolverines now have a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sharyland for a 5A Region IV District 31 test on Tuesday, August 22. Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial will confront a Rattlers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Tuloso-Midway (Corpus Christi, TX). The Rattlers record now stands at 16-1.
With the loss, Rio Hondo moves to 1-2 on the year. The Bobcats host Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa, TX) to battle the Warriors in a 3A Region IV District 32 contest on Tuesday, September 5. The Warriors go into the contest with a record of 1-4.
