The North Rowan Cavaliers soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host East Rowan Mustangs to 1 in the Cavaliers non-league victory on Thursday.

The Cavaliers now hold a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to South Rowan for a non-league bout on Monday, August 19. North Rowan will play a Raiders squad coming off a 5-3 non-league win over Thomasville (Thomasville, NC). The Raiders record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, East Rowan moves to 1-1 on the year. The Mustangs host Salisbury (Salisbury, NC) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Wednesday, August 21. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 2-0.
