Next, the Comets play the Wagoner Bulldogs (Wagoner, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 16. Kansas will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 6-0 league win over Inola (Inola, OK).

The Wildcats (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Commerce (Commerce, OK). The Tigers enter the 2A challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Commerce was routed by Fairland (Fairland, OK), 2-1, in a league challenge.
