The Pocola Indians triumphed over the visiting Morris Eagles softball squad by a count of 12-1 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Indians play the Central Tigers (Sallisaw, OK) in a 2A challenge, on Monday, August 19. Pocola will attempt to upgrade on its 2-0 season record.

The Eagles (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Beggs (Beggs, OK). The Demons enter the 3A challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Beggs was routed by Sperry (Sperry, OK), 15-1, in a league challenge.
