East View Patriots (Georgetown, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Troy Trojans (Troy, TX), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, East View improves its record to 3-3 on the season. The Patriots travel to La Vernia (La Vernia, TX) to face the Bears in a non-league test on Friday, August 16. The Bears go into the test with a record of 1-0. La Vernia won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Sotomayor (San Antonio, TX)

The Trojans now own a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ellison for a non-league test on Friday, August 16. Troy will face a Eagles squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Glenn (Leander, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.
