Seffner Christian Crusaders (Seffner, FL) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Duval Charter Panthers (Jacksonville, FL), 49-6 in a non-league match.

The Crusaders (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Master's Academy (Vero Beach, FL). The Patriots come into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Master's Academy was routed by Santa Fe Catholic (Lakeland, FL), 37-13, in a league test.

With the defeat, Duval Charter drops to 0-1 on the season. The Panthers travel to Episcopal School of Jacksonville (Jacksonville, FL) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Friday, August 22. The Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
