The Paulding County Patriots football team (Dallas, GA), dropped 30-8 in Friday's non-league bout with the host Hiram Hornets (Hiram, GA)

With the win, Hiram advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Hornets travel to Eastside (Covington, GA) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 21. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Eastside lost 39-24 in their recent non-league contest against Newton (Covington, GA)

Coming up next, the Patriots battle the North Atlanta Warriors (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, August 22. Paulding County will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Warriors enter the contest with a 0-1 record after their 29-22 non-league loss to Hebron Christian (Dacula, GA).
