Georgia High School Football - South Cobb loses to South Forsyth

South Forsyth War Eagles (Cumming, GA) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host South Cobb Eagles (Austell, GA), 36-14 in a non-league battle.

With the win, South Forsyth advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The War Eagles travel to Campbell (Smyrna, GA) to confront the Spartans in a non-league match on Friday, August 22. The Spartans go into the battle with a record of 1-0. Campbell won 21-7 in their recent non-league battle against Chapel Hill (Douglasville, GA)

The Eagles now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Banneker for a non-league battle on Friday, August 22. South Cobb will play a Trojans team coming off a 32-9 non-league win over Osborne (Marietta, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 1-0.
